| １ | The contract contains an underlying variable,
such as an interest rate index, security
price,commodity price, foreign exchange rate,
or other variable. The contract also contains
a notional amount or a payment provision,
or both, such as a fixed number of currency
units, shares,bushels, pounds, or other units
specified in the contract. The underlying
and the notional amount determine the amount
of settlement, and in some cases, whether

注意点：以上によるデリバティブの範囲は、従来デリバティブとして認識されていたものよりもかなり広くなっています。したがって、従来デリバティブとして考えられていなかったものも、ＦＡＳ１３３においてはデリバティブとして会計処理が求められる可能性があります。従って、常に上記の条件をあてはめて、デリバティブの定義に合致するかどうか検討する必要があります。
